Dan Musselman Quartet

Dan Musselman is a jazz pianist who leaves a lasting impression with listeners. With his technical ability and sensitive musicianship, Dan gives an emotional, high-intensity performance that showcases his eclectic style. He has studied with New York pianists Craig Taborn and Kenny Werner, and their collective influence is evident. His technical prowess and intense live performances have led to comparisons to Keith Jarrett, and his original music reveals a mature and vivid concept of sound.

Originally from Jefferson City, Missouri, Mehari received a BM in Jazz Performance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City on a full ride scholarship. He has performed overseas with Bobby Watson at the Blues to Bop Festival in Lugano, Switzerland. Hermon has studied with Terrell Stafford, Paul McKee, Dave Scott, Clay Jenkins, Jaleel Shaw, Michael Carvin and Bobby Watson.
