Join us for a special event to celebrate Surly’s 8th anniversary and EIGHT beer release on Sunday, November 9 from 5-10pm. We’ll be pouring Surly’s 8th anniversary beer, EIGHT, an Oat Wine style ale aged in High West Rye Whiskey barrels, along with Todd the Axe Man, The Devil’s Work and more. We’ll also have a chef feature to pair with EIGHT, music from DJ Paper Tiger, and an appearance by special guests.

The beer was brewed with Golden Promise and Aromatic malt, oats, and milk sugar fermented in stainless steel, then aged in High West Rye Whiskey barrels. The result is a golden-hued Oat Wine style ale, with notes of spicy vanilla marshmallow and aromas of honey and whiskey.
