what they say

The Dakota is hosting another great wine dinner this March 25th, and we hope to see you there. This wine dinner will feature each of the winning dishes from Chef Jack’s win at the Minnesota Monthly Local Chef’s Challenge. The three secret ingredients were smoked oysters, lingonberries, and chorizo. Chef Jack has incorporated them beautifully into his dishes and was a unanimous winner with each of them.

Pastry Chef Anne Rierdon has created a dessert to complement the rest of the menu and wines selected specifically for each dish will be discussed by Fess Parker’s Midwest Regional Sales Manager, Manou Chahmirzadi.

Menu below is $75.00 per person by reservation at 612.332.1010 or on Open Table. Please specify with the host or in the Open Table comments box that you are reserving for the wine dinner as seats are limited.
