Copy Writing and Editing Internship
Research artists and develop in-depth reports/dossiers on artists for marketing purposes. Create press releases, develop web content and brief copy for ads, flyers and posters, and maintain 3 words and quotes document. Assist Marketing Manager with various projects; attend marketing staff meetings.
Assist with content proofing for monthly calendars, weekly newsletters, menus, web content and marketing materials.
The Copy Writing and Editing Internship will average of 15 to 20 hours per week.
Interns will gain valuable work experience in a fast-paced and diverse environment. Dakota Interns are eligible for a 50% discount on food and beverages for up to two people over the course of their internship. Staff lunch is available for interns working before 2 pm Monday through Friday. Interns are welcome to fill unsold seats or stand for any ticketed show free-of-charge once the performance has started. Cover-charge music is free-of-charge for interns. Interns may purchase tickets in advance at a 20% discount.
