Media and Artist Relations
Assist with all artist needs, contracting, hospitality, and transportation. Attend occasional Marketing meetings.
Administration Assist with day-to-day office needs including filing, mailing, organizing, and additional tasks as directed by artist relations manager.
Students currently enrolled in music management, business management and marketing programs are eligible for this internship.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are a necessary. Personal laptop required. Familiarity with Microsoft applications preferred. Mac and PC experience is a plus. Students currently enrolled in music management, business management and marketing programs are eligible for this internship. The Marketing and Administration Internship will average of 15 to 20 hours per week over the course of 13 weeks.
Dakota Interns are eligible for a 50% discount on food and beverages for up to two people over the course of their internship. Staff lunch is available for interns working before 2 pm Monday through Friday. Interns may purchase tickets in advance at a 20% discount. Interns are welcome to fill unsold seats or stand for any ticketed show free-of-charge once the performance has started. Cover-charge music is free-of-charge for interns.
