The Pastry Assistant will work 4-5 days a week along side our Pastry Chef Katie Elsing. They will be responsible for preparing a large variety of pastries including cakes, custards, ice creams, and breads among various other products. Also responsible for setting up and working pastry-line station, as well as helping with grade manager.
Requisite Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task with accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Needs 1-2 years restaurant experience
This is a full-time position averaging about 35 hours a week, with additional hours required during the busy periods including holidays and special events.
