Sous Chef – Pastry

This is a full time position, directly supervised by the Executive Chef. You will be responsible for inventory, daily prep, line service and assisting in preparing a large variety of items including cakes, custards, ice creams, and breads among various other products. Also responsible for setting up and working pastry-line station, as well as helping with garde manager.

Requisite Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task with accuracy
  • Ability to lead, coach, and work independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Needs 3-4 years restaurant experience


This is a full-time position averaging about 45 hours a week, with additional hours required during the busy periods including holidays and special events.


Annual salary including benefits based upon experience.
