“mixes in elements of rock, soul, folk, and New Orleans-style blues for something unidentifiable and wholly enjoyable.” – The Indy Review
“The Dreadlock Cowboy” – Mix some reggae, blues, soul, folk and jazz for a hot show!
Performing along with Wain will be:

Wain McFarlane & Dakota’s Executive Chef Remy Pettus formed a bond years ago at Remy’s previous restaurant Bardo, and the two of them have produced hundreds of hours of music together in a dining room studio that they built. This show will be a celebration of that relationship and Chef Remy’s time here at the Dakota, before he permanently moves to North Carolina to be close to family and pursue a new career in July. This evening will be an emotional tribute to great friendships, family, and life changes.
