Furthermore\, they were featured on season thirteen of America’s Got Talent. The Current calls them “Minneapolis’s latest and greatest.” Additionally\, producer Terry Lewis says\, “they have many years of music ahead of them”. Also\, Jon Bream (Star Tribune) says “they have oodles of talent and potential”. Sounds Of Blackness founder/leader Gary Hines raves about the group. “They are super-talented\, highly skilled and gifted musicians\, writers and performers with unique sound and style.” The band has shared the stage with Sounds of Blackness\, PJ Morton of Maroon 5\, Stokely\, and many others. \nNUNNABOVE is Cadence\, Mattie\, Bennett\, and Wisdom. Here\, these four siblings take their influences from funk\, jazz\, rock and neo-soul to generate their own sound and style. Also\, Their inspiration ranges from The Purple One to the Gloved One\, The 1975 to Chaka Khan. For these siblings\, family is life and the key to what they create musically. As featured artists at Prince’s Paisley Park Celebration in 2023\, they became one of the concert’s most memorable moments.
