FAQ

Questions

Below are some frequently asked questions by our customers. If your question is not answered here, send us a message on the contact page

  • Q: Is there still access during construction?
A: Yes.  By car, the easiest way into the venue is via skyway level from the La Salle parking garage.  Enter the parking garage on LaSalle between 9th and 10th.  Park on the right hand public side of the garage closest to the 10th street elevators and take to the skyway level.  Dakota is just across the skyway and down the escalator
  • Q: Can I stay in the same seat for dinner and the music?
A: Yes! The full menu is served previous to and during the show
  • Q: What is the difference between tickets and cover?
A: Ticketed – means one show and the ticket reserves a specific seat as in a theater.  Choose your own seat online or call our box office for guidance.  There are either one or two performances each night.  Tickets must be purchased for each show separately.
Cover –  music sets run about 45 minutes with 2-3 sets a night.  Just make reservations, you’ll be seated on a first-come-first-served basis, as in any restaurant, and the cover charge will be added to your bill
  • Q: Can I come for dinner and not for the music?
A: Yes! A La carte dining is available almost every night. You can still hear the music but you are not able to see the musicians. No cover or ticket charge applies.  Please alert the host that you would like dinner only seating.
  • Q: What is the difference between dinner seats and regular seats?
A: Dinner seats are also called Premium Dinner Seats (PDS), and these seats are closer to the stage.  They require a food and beverage pre-pay of $39 per person.  This pre-paid amount allows you to purchase the close seats and is used like cash the night of the show.  Food and beverage tax are not included in the PDS amount of the $39 and will be billed the night of the show.  The pre-paid amount does not include gratuity.  If you would like to include a gratuity for your prepaid meal, you must add it to any gratuity on the bill that night.
  • Q: Can I have dinner in any seat, or do I need to purchase a premium dinner seat (PDS) if I want to have dinner during the show?
A: Dinner service begins at 5:30pm daily and is available at ALL seats.  You only need to pre-pay $39 if you want to purchase the closer PDS seats
