Where good music and good times come together… The Good Time Gals is a fresh, fun, vintage inspired act with modern sensibilities. Miss Myra and Debbie Briggs deliver a one-of-a-kind musical performance of originals featuring tight vocal harmonies, the swing guitar stylings of Miss Myra, sweet fiddle sounds of Alissa Jacobsen (Mississippi Hot Club) and Beth Varela on cello and cajón. Their music is peppered with influences of blues, hot club jazz, western swing, old country, and popular music of the 1920s, 30s, and 40s, and is certain to delight audiences near and far.
Spruce Top Duo is made up of Miss Myra and Fitzgerald Palmer, two guitar players on the Twin Cities scene with a heart for swing guitar from the 1920s and 30s. From their debut performance at the Lowertown Guitar Festival in August of 2021, they have become a vintage guitar sensation, playing for block parties, composing music for silent film, and have even been featured in a promotional video for the famed Carter Vintage Guitars in Nashville.
